Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 3 cups
- Margarine 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Fresh yeast 16 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Water 230 grams
- Jam 350 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dilute the yeast in 100 ml. water. Add eggs, sugar, salt and milk.
Step 2 Then add the sifted flour. Mix.
Step 3Knead the dough and add melted margarine at the very end.
Step 4 The dough is homogeneous, without lumps. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 3 hours (knead a couple of times).
Step 5 Separate the fourth part of the dough.
Step 6 Roll out a large piece of dough into a thin layer, 1 cm thick. Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put warm jam on top. Bend the edges of the dough by making the sides.
Step 7 Roll out a small piece of dough and cut into strips. Garnish the top of the pie with stripes of dough. Grease a pie with an egg and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature 200 degrees.
