Ingredients:
- Wheat flour 450 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Butter 50 grams
- Sour cream 200 grams
- Milk 60 ml.
- For filling:
- Cabbage 400 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Spices, herbs to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Make the dough: Sift the flour with salt into a large bowl. One egg divided into protein and yolk. With a knife, chop flour and butter, add sour cream, one whole egg and one yolk, stir. Knead the dough, roll the ball, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2 Chop the cabbage, salt and pepper, simmer for 15 minutes in a preheated frying pan or saucepan in oil (until soft). Then let the oil drain and the cabbage cool.
Step 3 Hard boil two eggs, cool, peel and chop. Chop green onion and dill.
Step 4 Add everything to the cabbage, salt, pepper and stir.
Step 5 Preheat oven to t 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into two parts. Lubricate the mold with oil, put a larger layer of dough. Spread the filling evenly.
Step 6 Close the top tightly with the remaining dough, make a hole in the middle. Send to the oven. After 10 minutes, you can reduce the temperature.
Step 7 Grease the egg yolk pie and bake for another 5-10 minutes. In total, a cake is baked for 35-40 minutes.
