Ingredients:
- Fresh yeast 10 grams
- Warm water 330 ml.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Wheat flour 600 grams
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chicken Breast 400 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Allspice to taste
- Coriander 0.5 tsp
- 5 eggs
- Dill bunch
- Butter 50 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes until the foam cap appears. Sift the flour, deepen it, pour in the suitable yeast, oil, add salt and knead the dough that does not stick to your hands. Put in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 2 Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender. Leave the broth for further serving.
Step 3 Peel and dice the onion, passer with the lid closed until transparent. Add spices and salt, mix. Scroll along with the chicken breast through a meat grinder.
Step 4Hard boil 4 eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Chop dill. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Step 5 The dough went well. When pressed with a finger, the pit does not tighten.
Step 6 Knead the dough and divide into two parts. Each roll in a round cake.
Step 7 Put the filling in the center of the tortillas, pinch the edges, cover and leave for another 15 minutes.
Step 8 Preheat the oven to t 180 degrees. Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water, grease the dough. Put pieces of butter on the filling. Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a blush.
Step 9 Remove the pie from the oven, cover it with a towel and cool. Serve with broth.
