Ingredients:
- Pollock 400 grams
- Puff pastry 400 grams
- Boiled rice 1 cup
- Onion 1 piece
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Bay leaf 1-2 leaves
- Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, rosemary) bunch
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook rice in salted water until tender.
Step 2 Preheat the oven (350 degrees). Cut the fish into thin slices.
Step 3 Roll the dough into a thin layer so that it completely covers the pan. Grease a baking sheet and lay out rolled dough. Mix rice with onion, salt to taste and put a thin layer over the entire baking sheet. Put sliced fish on top, salt and pepper to taste. Under the fish put a bay leaf, arrange it in different places. On top of the fish is again a layer of rice.
Step 4 Mix mayonnaise with garlic and spread with a thin layer, sprinkling with herbs in the process.
Step 5Tighten the edges of the dough towards the center. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. If the edges begin to bake quickly, cover them with foil, leave the middle of the pie open.
