Ingredients:
- Milk 100 ml.
- Kefir 150 ml.
- Pressed Yeast 25 grams
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Flour 3-3.5 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Stuffing 300 grams
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic to taste
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add sugar and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 2 After some time, a cap of foam will appear on the surface, which means that the yeast is acting.
Step 3 Add kefir, egg, salt to the yeast, mix.
Step 4 Pour in flour and knead soft dough.
Step 5 When the dough is ready, put it in a deep bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave for 1 hour. During this time, the dough will grow up and become very fluffy and soft.
Step 6 Knead the dough again, divide it into 2 parts. Roll out one part 3-4 mm thick, squeeze circles with a diameter of about 7-8 cm with a glass or a special cutting.
Step 7 Add finely chopped onion and garlic to minced meat. Salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 8For each circle put 1 teaspoon of minced meat.
Step 9 Fold the circle in half.
Step 10 Then fold again in half, the end is easy to snap.
Step 11 Fold the resulting workpieces in a round baking dish, first in a large circle.
Step 12 Then roll out the second part of the dough, form the same blanks and fold them in the middle.
Step 13Top with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at t 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Step 14 Chrysanthemum meat pie is ready. You can eat it hot.
