Ingredients:

- Wheat flour 500 grams
- Warm milk 125 ml.
- Kefir 125 ml.
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Fresh yeast 25 grams
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 60-70 ml.
- For filling:
- Fresh cabbage 350 grams
- 4 eggs
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Greens to taste
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 raw egg for greasing
- Cooking Oil
Cooking method:
Step 1. In warm milk, dissolve the yeast with sugar and give 15 minutes to activate, you should get a froth. During this time, mix kefir, egg, salt separately and add the active yeast mixture at the end, mix. Add the sifted wheat flour in parts and knead a homogeneous smooth dough. At the beginning, knead with a spatula, and then with hands that are constantly lubricated with vegetable oil. The dough is soft, elastic and does not stick to your hands at all. Cover with a clean towel and put in a warm place for one hour, it should double in volume. Then knead the dough and set again to raise 40 minutes
Step 2 Thoroughly chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onions and fry them all together in a pan until tender and cooked. Salt and pepper cabbage stuffing to taste, add chopped boiled eggs, greens and mix everything until smooth.
Step 3 Leave a little dough to decorate the top of the cake, roll the rest into a cake and put in a baking dish, which is previously greased with vegetable oil. Form the sides.
Step 4 Then tightly lay the cooled filling.
Step 5 Roll out not very thick strips from the remaining dough (they can be cut for beauty with a curly knife) and decorate the top of the pie in the form of a net. Before proofing, turn on the oven to heat up to 180 C.
Step 6Cover the cake with a clean towel and let it sit in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, then grease the top with a raw, loose egg with a cooking brush.
Step 7 Bake the cabbage pie in a well-preheated oven until t 180 C for about 40-50 minutes, until brown and fully cooked.
