Ingredients:
- Canned fish in oil 200 grams (better saury)
- Potato 4 pieces
- 2-3 carrots
- Onion 2 pieces
- Cheese 150 grams
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- 4 eggs
- Dill and parsley 50 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil potatoes and carrots until cooked, cool and peel. Grate on a medium grater.
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell, separate the whites from the yolks and grate separately on a fine grater.
Step 3 Grate the cheese.
Step 4 Put fish in a salad bowl and knead with a fork over the entire surface of the bottom of the dishes. Top with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Step 5 Spread grated squirrels on top of the fish, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 6 Put grated carrots on top of the squirrels and grease again with a small layer of mayonnaise.
Step 7 Finely chop the onion, add boiling water and let it brew for 5-10 minutes to remove the bitterness. Put onions on top for carrots, potatoes for onions, add a little salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 8 Finely grated cheese on top and grease with mayonnaise.
Step 9 The last layer is salad decoration with grated yolks and greens. Before serving, let the salad brew and soak in a cold place for 2 hours.
