Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Flour 180 grams
- Dry yeast 8 grams
- Milk 125 ml.
- Sugar 3 tsp
- Pinch of salt
- For filling:
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Butter 40 grams
- Prunes 20 pieces
- Plum jam 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve yeast in a bowl with a small amount of warm milk (not higher than 38 degrees). Pour the yeast mixture into a bowl with flour, add the remaining warm milk, sugar, salt and butter, cut into small pieces. Mix well with a spatula.
Step 2Put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour and knead with your hands until the dough becomes homogeneous. Put the prepared ball from the dough into a bowl, cover and leave on the table for 3 hours. While the dough is coming up, rinse the prunes thoroughly. 10 pieces. prepared prunes cut into small pieces, and 10 pcs. leave for decoration.
Step 3 Gently stretch the finished dough with your hands and knead it with your fingers on parchment paper in a long strip. Sprinkle a strip of dough with sugar (2 tbsp) and evenly distribute pieces of prune. Roll the dough with prunes into a long roll (sausage).
Step 4 On parchment paper in the middle, a long “sausage” is carefully folded into a spiral. Put the paper and cake in the mold and decorate with the remnants of whole prunes (10 pcs.).
Step 5 Cover the cake with the cake and leave it on the table for another 30 minutes. Grease the enlarged pie with jam and put in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6 Cool ready-made flavored cake with prunes and crisp, serve.
