Ingredients:

- Sugar 100 grams
- Chocolate pasteNutella 200 grams

Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve fresh yeast in warm milk with sugar. Add salt, slightly beaten eggs to flour, pour milk with yeast and mix.
Step 2Add softened butter to the workpiece and knead the dough by hand.
Step 3 Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll into balls and leave on the table for 1.5 hours to rise.
Step 4 Roll each ball into equally sized circles with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Put the first circle on a baking sheet with paper, add 1/3 of Nutella and spread over the entire surface of the dough.
Step 5 Cover with the second round and spread 1/3 of Nutella, cover with the third, grease with the rest of the paste and cover with the fourth round.
Step 6Cut into 4 equal parts and each half in half.
Step 7 Divide the parts in half again and fold the dough petals. Roll one petal from left to right.
Step 8 Twist the petal, and the next to turn right to left.
Step 9 Two twisted petals close to each other.
Step 10Fasten the finished petals, using this method to twist all the remaining petals. On the flower, eight large petals are obtained.
Step 11 Leave the finished flower from the dough on the table for 1 hour, sprinkle with decorative sugar sprinkles and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees 40 minutes.
