Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Flour 4 cups
- Butter or margarine 200 grams
- Yeast 10 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Apricot jam 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Nuts 100 grams
- Raisins handful
Cooking method:
Step 1. The dough is prepared in the traditional way. It is better to pre-place the dough, then knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for one hour.
Step 2 While the dough is approaching, chop nuts, soak raisins and put apricot jam in a small sieve (this is necessary in order to remove excess syrup).
Step 3 Divide the dough into 7-9 parts, and then roll along each part. Put the filling in the middle and wrap it with a “rose”.
Step 4 It is better to bake a cake in a form with high sides. Lubricate the shape and lay out the flower-shaped rolls. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Step 5 Grease the surface of the cake with yolk before or in the middle of baking. This is such a beautiful pie with apricot jam at home.
