Cooking method:
Step 1. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one part well and place it on a baking sheet or in a pan so that the edges "hang down". Spread the dough with mustard - a thin layer.
Step 2 Spread the ham in mustard in one layer - for this pie it is better to take slices or ask them to cut in the store.
Step 3 Put ham on a ham like this - “chamomile” - thinly chopped cheese (it’s more convenient to cut it too) and sprinkle with herbs, for example, fresh thyme.
Step 4Roll out the second part of the dough, cut out a circle, put it on top of the filling and cover it with the hanging edges of the first layer of dough, pinch it, and make a hole in the middle of the pie for steam to escape.
Step 5 Lubricate the surface of the pie with whipped egg white with a little water and put in the oven preheated for up to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes - navigate your oven.
