Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Flour 1 cup
- Margarine 100 grams
- Soda 0.5 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
- Pinch of salt
- For filling:
- Champignons 300 grams
- Onion 4 pieces
- 4 eggs
- Sour cream 200 ml.
- Hard cheese 200 grams
- Dill greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour flour into a deep bowl. Add salt. Grate margarine on a fine grater. Add soda (quenched with vinegar) and sour cream.
Step 2 Knead the dough. Send in the cold for 1 hour.
Step 3Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Fry onions in vegetable oil.
Step 4 Chop mushrooms not very finely. Add mushrooms to the onion and fry. Add salt and herbs to taste.
Step 5 To the fried champignons with onions add sour cream and finely chopped dill.
Step 6 Beat eggs with a fork until smooth.
Step 7 Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the eggs, mix.
Step 8 Add the cooled mushrooms from the pan to the eggs and mix.
Step 9 The dough is divided into two unequal parts. Roll out most of the thin layer.
Step 10 Put the dough in a detachable container and lay out the filling.
Step 11 Roll out a small portion of the dough, and cover the pie.
Step 12 Send our mushroom pie to the oven at t 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
