Ingredients:

  • For the test:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Margarine 100 grams
  • Soda 0.5 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Pinch of salt
  • For filling:
  • Champignons 300 grams
  • Onion 4 pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • Sour cream 200 ml.
  • Hard cheese 200 grams
  • Dill greens to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Pour flour into a deep bowl. Add salt. Grate margarine on a fine grater. Add soda (quenched with vinegar) and sour cream.

Step 2 Knead the dough. Send in the cold for 1 hour.

Step 3Peel, wash and finely chop the onion. Fry onions in vegetable oil.

Step 4 Chop mushrooms not very finely. Add mushrooms to the onion and fry. Add salt and herbs to taste.
