Ingredients:
- Pasta (spaghetti, noodles) 400 grams
- Shrimp 400 grams
- Butter 40 grams
- Cream 20% 250 ml.
- Garlic 6-7 cloves
- Lime 3 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dry white wine 40 ml.
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour water into a large pot, bring to a boil, salt and dip the pasta there. Cook it until al dente. This means you need to cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
Step 2 Peel the shrimp, remove the shell, leaving only the extreme flake with a tail for decorative purposes. The intestines are cut by making a longitudinal incision from above. Then salt and pepper the shrimp.
Step 3 Next, take a pan with a thick bottom, put butter in it, and then add garlic and chopped onions.
Step 4 Fry onion and garlic a little. Add shrimp to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour lime or lemon juice.
Step 5 After 2-3 minutes add wine and cream to the pan. Mix everything.
Step 6 Add finely chopped dill, parsley, stir and simmer another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
Step 7 Put cooked pasta on a large plate. Top with ready-made sauce.
