Ingredients:
- Smoked chicken breast 1 piece
- Canned corn 1 can
- Fresh cabbage 400 grams
- Fresh cucumbers 2-3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 250 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut smoked chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 2 Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Open a can of corn, drain the liquid and add to the chicken bowl.
Step 3 Finely chop the cabbage. Salt a little and mash with your hands until the juice is released.
Step 4 Add all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl to the mint. Mix well. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.
