- 2-3 eggs

- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut meat into strips.
Step 2 Pork cabbage, too, cut into strips, salt and crush a little, so that it becomes juicier and softer.
Step 3 Dried tomatoes also cut into strips.
Step 4 Cook the eggs in a steep, peel and cut into slices.
Step 5 Grate cheese on a fine or medium grater.
Step 6 Put Beijing cabbage on a plate, meat on top of it.
Step 7 Then lay the sun-dried tomatoes, eggs and chopped green onions. Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. You can sprinkle with ground pepper.
Step 8Sprinkle with grated cheese, the salad is ready.
