Ingredients:
- Beijing cabbage 350 grams
- Carrot 150 grams
- Chicken fillet 200-300 grams
- Walnuts 2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
- Natural vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Honey 1 tsp
Cooking method:
Step 1. From the sheets of Beijing cabbage, cut off the thickenings. Cut cabbage leaves into small squares.
Step 2 Grate carrots on a fine grater.
Step 3 Fry chicken on both sides until tender, cool and cut into small cubes. Add the fillet to the salad.
Step 4 Add chopped walnuts.
Step 5Prepare dressing: mix soy sauce, natural vinegar, honey, olive oil.
Step 6 Season the salad and mix well.
