Ingredients:
- Almonds 100 grams
- Flour 100 grams
- Rum 30 ml.
- Butter 100 grams
- Sugar 60 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Cream Cheese 170 grams
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 100 ml.
- Lemon zest 1 tsp
- Vanillin 0.5 tsp
- Kiwi 4 pieces
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the almonds. To do this, dip the nuts in boiling water for 2-5 minutes, remove the husks and dry in a pan, stirring all the time. Then crush the almonds in a blender, add flour and sugar. Then pieces of butter.
Step 2After mixing the dough with a blender, add the egg, rum to it and quickly knead the dough, then wrap it in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3 In a low, greased tin, roll out the dough and pierce with a fork in several places. Before baking, cover the dough with baking paper.
Step 4Then put the batter in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then remove the baking paper and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the base is ready. Along the way, peel the kiwi.
Step 5 Cook the filling. Using a mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, milk, lemon zest and vanilla until airy. Put the cream in a cooked and cooled base.
Step 6 Next, cover the filling with a thin layer of kiwi.
