Ingredients:
- Fresh yeast 25 grams
- Margarine 200 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 100 grams
- Milk 150 grams
- Flour 150-200 grams
- Poppy 100 grams
- Honey 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dilute the yeast in warm milk with sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Add softened margarine and eggs. Gradually adding flour, knead uncooked dough. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 2 Grind poppy in a blender or coffee grinder. Put the poppy seeds in a pan, add honey and 4-5 tablespoons of boiled water. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until the honey has dissolved. If honey is not very sweet, add a little sugar.
Step 3Roll out a rectangle from the dough and spread the poppy filling evenly on it.
Step 4 Roll the dough into a roll and cut into pieces 4-5 cm thick.
Step 5 Put the rolls in a round shape with the cut up. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes. Lubricate the cake with a beaten egg and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
