Ingredients:
- Puff pastry 500 grams
- Onions 3 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Hard cheese 100-200 grams
- Sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, spices to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and chop the onion in half rings. Fry it in a pan until golden. Salt, add spices to taste.
Step 2Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3 Beat eggs with sour cream in a deep bowl. Then add the grated cheese.
Step 4Roll out a little more than half the dough and put it in a greased form. Make small sides. Put the prepared filling on the dough layer.
Step 5 Pour the egg mixture into the filling. Roll out the rest of the dough, cut into strips and lay on the pie evenly. Grease the cake with yolk.
Step 6 Send the cake to the oven, preheated to t 220 degrees. Bake for half an hour until golden brown.
