Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 50 grams
- Vegetable oil 30 grams
- Garlic 1 head
- Spices (for chicken) 20 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Rinse the chicken, salt and pepper. Then spread the chicken with mayonnaise completely. Put garlic on chicken over the entire surface. Put in the bowl of the multicooker.
Step 2 Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. The skin of the chicken must be pierced with a knife so that there is an outlet for liquid.
Step 3 Close the slow cooker. Turn on the “baking” mode, the time is 60 minutes. Separately turn on the alarm for 30 minutes since the chicken will need to be turned over.
