Ingredients:
- King prawns (peeled) 16 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Light green leaves bunch
- For the sauce:
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Orange juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the shrimp in boiling water. Then peel the shrimp off the shell.
Step 2 Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and cut the pulp into cubes.
Step 3 Rinse lettuce leaves, tear with your hands into medium pieces.
Step 4 Cut tomatoes into 4-6 parts.
Step 5 Mix olive oil in a bowl and add salt. Add soy sauce and orange juice. Mix well. Add garlic crushed through a press.
Step 6 Next, mix all the prepared ingredients, lay the shrimp on top. Pour the salad with the cooked dressing, sprinkle with black pepper on top.
