Ingredients:
- Shrimp (frozen) 1 kg.
- 6-7 eggs
- Canned corn 1 can
- Fresh cucumber 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Salt to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Frozen shrimp in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Put a slotted spoon on a plate, cool. Then manually shake each shrimp from the shell and transfer the peeled meat to a bowl.
Step 2 Cut the cucumbers into small sticks.
Step 3 Cut the onion into small squares.
Step 4 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell and cut into small pieces.
Step 5 Open a can of canned corn, drain the liquid.
Step 6 Next, put onions, eggs, fresh cucumber and corn in a bowl of prepared shrimp. Salt and mix. Then add mayonnaise and mix again.
Step 7 Decorate the finished salad with shrimps on top.
