Ingredients:
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Kefir 250 ml.
- Cocoa 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 200 grams
- Soda 1 tsp
- Vanilla pinch
- Wheat flour 300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Drive eggs into a bowl, add sugar, beat with a mixer until the mass increases and the sugar grains dissolve, dissolve the soda in kefir, pour it into the eggs, mix again.
Step 2 Add a little vanilla and portionwise introduce pre-sifted flour, mix until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed.
Step 3 Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, leave one white, and add cocoa to the second and mix until smooth.
Step 4 Lay the parchment in the baking dish, first place 2 tablespoons of white dough in the center, then 2 tablespoons of coffee. And so on, until both types of dough are over. Toothpick to make a cobweb pattern.
Step 5 Send the cupcake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for half an hour, then remove from the oven, cool and only then cut into pieces.
