Ingredients:
- Zucchini 1 kg.
- Potato 2 pieces
- Flour 300 grams
- Kefir 100 grams
- Butter 50 grams
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Stuffing 600 grams
- Onion 2 pieces
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1.Grate or grind zucchini and potatoes in a blender. Mix, add the egg, dilute the baking powder in kefir, pour into the general mixture. Then add flour, knead our "dough". And don't forget the butter. Put one half on the bottom of the mold.
Step 2 Spread the filling evenly on top.
Step 3Cover with the remaining dough from zucchini, then cover the form with foil. Send to the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Pie can be served with sour cream.
