Cooking method:
Step 1.Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it is soft, at room temperature. Mix flour with baking powder, sugar, egg, sour cream.
Step 2 Knead the dough until smooth. Remove until in the refrigerator.
Step 3 Melt 50 g of butter, pour sugar and fry over low heat until caramel forms, it will take about 5 minutes.
Step 4Peel bananas. Cut bananas into 4 parts, as in the photo.
Step 5 As soon as the caramel is ready, you need to quickly collect the cake so that it does not have time to freeze. Pour caramel into the mold, lay the banana slices tightly on top of each other.
Step 6 Pour in sour cream filling, evenly distributing. Send the cake to the hot oven for 30 minutes. The temperature is 180-190 degrees.
