Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Semolina 1 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- 5-6 apples
- Butter 150 grams
- Almond petals handful
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Add semolina, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar to them. Mix well.
Step 2 Wash the apples, peel, remove the core. Grate apples on a coarse grater. Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts.
Step 3 The mixture of dry components is divided into three parts. Cover the baking dish with parchment. Put in it in thin even layers, first 1/3 of the dry mixture, then ½ apples, then again 1/3 of the dry mixture, ½ apples, evenly sprinkle the top with the remaining dry mixture.
Step 4 Grate the butter (it must be well-frozen) grate on a coarse grater, covering them with the top of the pie.
Step 5 Sprinkle the cake with almond petals on top, bake in the oven at 180 degrees 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool in the form of 10-15 minutes, and then remove the cake from it. Warsaw apple pie is ready!
