Ingredients:
- Zucchini 4-5 kg.
- Dill (umbrellas) bunch
- Garlic 2 heads
- Hot peppers 1-2 pieces
- Salt (not iodinated) 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vinegar 60 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. In cold running water, wash the zucchini and cut the stems. Cut zucchini lengthwise into 4 parts or simply in circles (optional).
Step 2 Put dill umbrellas into prepared clean jars. Peel and chop the garlic into small slices, chop the hot pepper into round slices and also send to the jars evenly.
Step 3 Next, tightly place the zucchini in jars.
Step 4 Pour salt and sugar into each jar on top (1 teaspoon per liter jar) and add 50 ml vinegar. to the can.
Step 5 Pour jars of hot boiled water, cover with metal lids and sterilize until the zucchini change color from green to yellow and only green streaks remain in some places.
Step 6 Close the zucchini tight and delicious marinated zucchini ready.
