Ingredients:
- Pork (brisket) 1 kg.
- Garlic 5-7 cloves
- Bay leaf 3-4 pieces
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the pork belly and dry it with a paper towel. Peel the garlic, cut into slices, break the bay leaf into small pieces.
Step 2 In the pork belly, make small but deep cuts and stuff them with garlic and bay leaf. It is preferable to take not a thin piece of meat.
Step 3 Coat the meat with salt and pepper. If desired, you can add other favorite spices.
Step 4 Tie pork meat.
Step 5 Bake at 180 degrees for 2-3 hours. Ready brisket is easily pierced with a knife and has a golden brown.
