Ingredients:
- Potato 5 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cooking Oil
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel the potatoes, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2 Add eggs, salt and pepper.
Step 3 Add flour and mix well.
Step 4 The dough should turn out to be slightly liquid.
Step 5 Heat a frying pan strongly, pour vegetable oil and gently lay potato pancakes with a tablespoon.
Step 6 Fry over low heat. Draniki should be well-fried on both sides so that the potatoes do not crackle.
Step 7 Before serving, ready-made potato pancakes should be held on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Step 8 Draniki served with sour cream.
