Ingredients:
- Ground beef 300 grams
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Onion 1 piece
- Hard cheese 75 grams
- Dry white wine 100 ml
- Puff pastry 450 grams
- Egg yolk 1 piece
Cooking method:
Step 1. Peel and finely chop onions.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a pan, add minced meat, chopped onions and fry, stirring for 5 minutes, then add chopped garlic and fry for another 1-2 minutes, adding white dry wine and fry the minced meat until cooked. The wine should completely evaporate. Cool the filling to room temperature.
Step 3 On a floured surface, roll out one layer of puff pastry.
Step 4Put the filling on it, the edges of the dough (leave 2 cm free from the filling). Put chopped cheese on the minced meat.
Step 5 Roll out the second layer of dough and cut into diagonal strips.
Step 6 Put strips of dough on the pie diagonally, fix the edges of the dough. Grease the cake with beaten egg yolk.
Step 7Bake in a preheated to 200 degrees in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
