Ingredients:
- Curd 500 grams
- Sugar 3 tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream 5 tbsp. spoons
- Manka 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Fruits (tangerines, kiwi, pears) optional
- Apple juice 100 ml.
- Butter 20 grams
- Pouring gelatin and pear juice 100 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1.Mix semolina with 3 tablespoons of sour cream and leave them to swell for half an hour.
Step 2 After half an hour, mix the sour cream mixture, cottage cheese, sugar and eggs using an immersion blender.
Step 3Grease a bowl of multwark with butter and put the curd mixture in it. On the surface of the mixture, distribute the two remaining spoons of sour cream. Turn on the multicooker at 140 degrees for 55 minutes. And turn on the "Start". When the slow cooker signaled the end of the program, the casserole was completely and perfectly cooked.
Step 4 Now decorate: cut the fruits and lay them out figuratively on a casserole. And then pour a small amount of pear juice with dissolved gelatin (it is better to prepare such a syrup for future jelly according to the recipe from a package of gelatin).
Step 5 And this royal casserole goes to the fridge for the night.
Bon Appetit!
