Ingredients:

  • Flour 350 grams
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Water 150 ml.
  • Ground beef 400 grams
  • Kefir 200 grams
  • Onions 1-2 pieces
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Dissolve salt in water, add vegetable oil.

Step 2 Add sifted flour.

Step 3Knead a steep, fairly elastic dough.

Step 4Prepare the filling. Mix ground beef, chopped onion, kefir, salt and pepper. Please note: you can add less kefir, but the juiciness will decrease slightly. Stir all the filling thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 5 Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Roll out most of it and put on the bottom of the mold, greased with vegetable oil. Form high sides.

Step 6 Put the meat filling in a thick layer. Stuffing should be at least 1.5 cm.

Step 7 Roll out the second part of the dough and cover it with a pie. Grease with egg on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 8Bake the cake in the oven at t 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Fitchy is ready!
