Ingredients:
- Butter 200 grams
- Sugar 150 grams
- Blueberries 300 grams
- Flour 2 cups
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Cream 300 grams
- Starch 2 tbsp. spoons
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
Step 1. First mix the slightly melted butter with flour, 100 g of sugar, salt and soda. Mix in crumbs, then add the egg, mix. Let it cool for half an hour in the refrigerator, and then form a layer with sides and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Step 2 Make fill. Beat eggs with sugar, add cream and starch. To stir thoroughly.
