Ingredients:
- Flour 250 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Chicken egg 2 pieces
- Pressed Yeast 10 grams
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Milk 100 ml.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Cream 150 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk (so that bubbles appear.) Then add the eggs, salt, sugar and half the flour.
Step 2Add the butter, rubbing it with the remaining flour.
Step 3Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 4 Lubricate the mold with oil and spread the dough in it, leave it to rise. Meanwhile, grind sugar with butter.
Step 5 Evenly fill the dough with sugar and crumb dough and send to bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, the temperature is 180 degrees.
Step 6 Remove the cake from the oven and pour cream. Put in the oven again and bake another 10 minutes.
