Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Water 180 ml.
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, nettle, spring onion) 300 grams
- Chicken egg 1 piece
- Soft cheese 200-300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Dissolve the salt in water, add vegetable oil and pour into flour. Knead the dough and let it stand for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2 Wash the greens, remove excess moisture with a towel and cut (not finely).
Step 3Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4Mix cheese with herbs and egg. You can slightly salt.
Step 5Divide the dough into pieces and roll out very thin cakes.
Step 6 Put the filling on one edge of the tortilla. The amount of filling is up to you, but watch that the cake does not burst.
Step 7 Close the filling with the second edge and close the edges well.
Step 8 Heat the pan well, then reduce the heat to below average and fry the afarara in a dry pan.
Step 9Grease ready-made afarars with butter.
Step 10 Stack one on top of the other. You can cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
