Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Water 180 ml.
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, nettle, spring onion) 300 grams
  • Chicken egg 1 piece
  • Soft cheese 200-300 grams

Cooking method:

Step 1. Dissolve the salt in water, add vegetable oil and pour into flour. Knead the dough and let it stand for 25-30 minutes.
