Ingredients:
- Avocado 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Red onion 1 piece
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Lemon zest 0.5 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salad leaves 3-5 pieces
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Parsley and cilantro 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1.Wash avocados, cut in half, remove the stone, peel. Slice the flesh.
Step 2 Cut tomatoes into slices.
Step 3 Finely chop the cilantro and parsley.
Step 4 Onion cut into half rings.
Step 5 Skip the garlic through a press, add olive oil, herbs, juice and lemon zest, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour the vegetables with dressing and put on a plate covered with salad leaves.
