Ingredients:
- Dandelion Leaves 50 grams
- Nettle 50 grams
- Green onion feathers 50 grams
- Chicken egg 1-2 pieces
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Parsley 20 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. So that the nettle does not burn hands, scald it with boiling water. Then shake the leaves and chop.
Step 2 Wash the leaves of dandelions, dry with a paper towel and chop coarsely.
Step 3 Boil eggs in a steep, peel and chop coarsely.
Step 4 Chop green onions and parsley.
Step 5 For dressing: mix olive oil, soy sauce or lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6 Mix all prepared ingredients and pour salad dressing.
