Ingredients:
- Sea kale 300 grams
- Beets 1 piece
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Green peas 1 can
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Yogurt 2 tbsp. spoons
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil beets, peel. Grate.
Step 2 Fold seaweed onto a strainer to remove lower liquid, add to beets.
Step 3 Finely chop the onion. Add to a common plate.
Step 4 Boil eggs in a steep, peeled shell. Grate and add to the salad.
Step 5 Season the salad with mayonnaise or yogurt as desired.
