Ingredients:
- Turkey meat 200 grams
- Sweet grapes 200-300 grams
- Arugula bunch
- Salad onion 0.5 pieces
- Hard cheese 100 grams
- Vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cut the turkey into small pieces and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Salt it and set aside on a separate dish to stack fat.
Step 2 Finely chop the onion, salt it and sprinkle with 9% vinegar. Mash it a little and set aside in a bowl so that it is pickled.
Step 3Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds.
Step 4 Prepare dressing: To do this, mix the egg yolk with mustard, add bitter pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil, mix everything with a blender.
Step 5 Mix all chopped ingredients, mix lightly and put on a dish. Pour all over the sauce and garnish with grated cheese.
