Ingredients:
- Kefir 400 grams
- 2-3 eggs
- Soda 1 tsp
- Sugar 150 grams
- Flour 2 cups
- Margarine 100 grams
- Canned Cherry 300 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Mix the eggs with sugar, beat until an increase in mass in volume.
Step 2 Pour melted margarine, kefir, add soda. Stir well.
Step 3 Pour the sifted flour, stir everything until smooth.
Step 4 Add canned cherries. Squeeze the juice first so that it does not get into the dough, otherwise it will bake poorly and will not grow.
Step 5 Pour into a baking dish.
Step 6 Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
