Ingredients:
- For the test:
- Flour 200 grams
- Butter 100 grams
- Cold water 5 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- For filling:
- Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
- Poppy 100 grams
- Semolina 1 teaspoon
- Milk 120 ml.
- To fill:
- Flour 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Vanilla Yogurt 200 ml.
- Sour cream 100 grams
Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the dough. Combine in a blender: 200 grams of flour, cold butter.
Step 2 Turn the mass into crumbs. Knead the dough.
Step 3Roll out the dough according to the diameter of the mold. Not too thin!
Step 4 Put the dough on parchment. Roll it up and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Step 5 Grind the poppy and combine with semolina.
Step 6 Heat milk in a saucepan, add sugar, poppy seeds with semolina. Simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 7 Gently transfer the dough into a baking dish. Prick it with a fork and send to the oven for 20 minutes, temperature 200 degrees.
Step 8Prepare the fill. Beat sour cream with yogurt and flour.
