Ingredients:
- Mint leaves with stems 300 grams
- Sugar 1 kg.
- Lemon 1 piece
- Water 500 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash lemon, finely chop together with peel. Add chopped mint and lemon to boiling water.
Step 2Cook for 10 minutes and leave for a day. The next day, strain the broth, add sugar. You can add the zest of the second lemon for a stronger flavor.
Step 3 Cook until cooked for 35-40 minutes. Hot pour into banks and roll up. Peppermint jam with lemon is a good combination of pleasant and healthy.
