Ingredients:
- Squid fillet 2 pieces
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Chives, dill bunch
- Mayonnaise 200 grams
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boil the squid fillet in salted water and cut into thin strips (salt the boiling water, and then lower the squid carcasses and cook for 3 minutes).
Step 2 Boil the eggs in a steep, peeled shell.
Step 3 Cut the eggs into small cubes and add to the squid.
Step 4 Finely chop green onion and dill. Add to salad. Season with mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
