Ingredients:
- Orange 1 piece
- Gooseberry 500 grams
- Sugar 400 grams
- Water 100 ml.
Cooking method:
Step 1. Gooseberries wash well and trim the tails on both sides.
Step 2 Wash the orange, peel it, remove the white films from above and cut into thin slices.
Step 3. Put gooseberry berries, slices of orange in a saucepan, cover with sugar and pour water.
Step 4 Put the pan with berries on a small fire and bring to a boil. Mix gently and remove from heat. Cool. After again bring the jam to a boil and boil for 5-10 minutes. Cool. For the third time, bring the jam to a boil and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5 Pour hot jam into sterile jars and seal tightly. Then wrap all the jars of hot jam in a blanket and leave to cool completely. Store jam in a cool place.
