Ingredients:
- Zucchini 3-4 pieces
- Onions 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 2 leaves
- Mayonnaise 100 grams
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the zucchini, peel, peel the onions and pass through the meat grinder zucchini with onions. Put in a large cauldron, add vegetable oil, mayonnaise, tomato paste and put simmer under the lid for 45 minutes. Stir regularly.
Step 2 Then add sugar, salt (1 tablespoon), black pepper, bay leaf and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 Before laying eggs in cans, remove the bay leaf. This is necessary so that the taste does not deteriorate during storage. Spread hot caviar from zucchini in clean jars and seal tightly. Store in a cool dark place.
