Cooking method:
Step 1. Cook the dough. Grate the butter with flour into crumbs, add sugar and egg. Knead well and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes.
Step 2 While the dough is in the refrigerator - prepare the filling. Grind cottage cheese with sugar, add yogurt and egg.
Step 3 Beat with a blender until smooth. No curd lumps should remain.
Step 4Remove the hardened dough from the refrigerator and distribute in a baking dish. Flexing your fingers, make the sides (so that the filling does not leak out).
Step 5 Pour the dough with the filling, lay the mandarin slices on top.
Step 6 Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving, if desired.
