Ingredients:
- Potato 6 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Celery 4 Stalks
- Leek 1/4 Stalk
- Apple 1 piece
- Sunflower seeds 2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon 1/2 pieces
- Salt, black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Boiled in a jacket and completely cooled potatoes cut into large cubes.
Step 2 In a separate bowl, put onion sliced with very thin rings, leek and sour green apple cut into thin strips. Season vegetables with a pinch of sea salt and pour with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Then mix thoroughly so that the juice covers the apples and they do not darken.
Step 3 Cut celery stalks into small cubes.
Step 4 Mix all chopped vegetables in a deep salad bowl, add freshly ground black pepper and olive oil. To enhance the beneficial effect of the salad, I advise adding 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil to it.
Step 5In a dry frying pan, fry the peeled sunflower seeds until golden brown, add to the rest of the ingredients, season them with a pinch of sea salt during the roasting, the fried seeds will be tastier. Cut into thin strips a small part of the green leaf of leek, sprinkle the salad.
Step 6 Put the potato salad on the green leaves of the fresh salad.
