Ingredients:
- Lentils 1 cup
- Celery 1-2 stalks
- Carrot 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Pour the lentils with 2 glasses of water and put on fire, cook after boiling for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Step 2Cut celery, carrots and pepper into large strips.
Step 3 In hot oil, fry the carrots, add celery and pepper.
Step 4Stir fried vegetables with lentils. Add chopped greens.
