Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 cup

  • Sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Bay leaf 2 leaves
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Step 1. Peel and chop the onion into small cubes. Peel and grate carrots.
