Ingredients:
- Chicken 1.5 kg.
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp. spoons
- Ground ginger 1-2 tsp
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Step 1. Wash the chicken well and cut it into pieces.
Step 2 In a small container, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger.
Step 3 Put chicken slices in a deep plate, add chopped garlic and soya marinade. Mix well while spreading chicken pieces. Put in the refrigerator for several hours (you can at night).
Step 4 Put the marinated chicken in a preheated pan with butter and fry until cooked.
Step 5 Serve the finished chicken with your favorite side dish.
